Supplier information

Section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA) requires every online supplier to publish the following.

Agreement

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms do not limit any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) or ECTA. Where anything here conflicts with those Acts, the Acts prevail.

Products and pricing

• All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
• We describe every piece as accurately as we can. Colours may differ slightly between screens.
• Stock is limited. If a piece sells out after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.
• If a price is displayed incorrectly through an obvious error, we will contact you before processing and you may cancel without penalty.

Orders and payment

A sale is concluded only once we have received full payment and confirmed your order by email. Placing an order is an offer; our confirmation is the acceptance.

Payment is processed by our payment provider on their secure systems. We do not see or store your card details.

We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, or the delivery address falls outside our courier's range.

Delivery

• Orders are packed within [2] working days of payment clearing.
• Main-centre delivery typically follows within [2–4] working days; outlying areas may take longer.
• Delivery costs are quoted at checkout before payment.
• Risk passes to you on delivery.

Section 46 of ECTA requires us to deliver within 30 days unless we have agreed otherwise with you. If we cannot, we will tell you and refund you in full within 30 days of the cancellation.

Your right to cancel

Cooling-off period — ECTA section 44

For goods bought online you may cancel within 7 days of receiving them, without giving a reason and without penalty. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We will refund you within 30 days of the cancellation.

This right does not apply to goods made or personalised to your specification.

If we do not publish the required information — ECTA section 43

If a supplier fails to publish the information ECTA section 43 requires, you may cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Faulty or incorrect goods — CPA section 56

If something arrives damaged, defective or not as described, you may return it within 6 months and choose a repair, replacement or refund. Return shipping is on us.

Returns process

1. Email YOUR@EMAIL with your order number and the reason.
2. We will confirm the return address and arrange collection where the CPA requires us to.
3. Send the item back unworn, in its original packaging, with any tags attached.
4. Once we receive and inspect it, we refund to your original payment method within [10] working days.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and any other pierced jewellery can only be returned if they are faulty.

Property services

Property services are provided subject to a separate written mandate or agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this website is an offer, and nothing here forms part of any mandate.

• Listings, prices and availability are indicative and may change without notice.
• Photographs and floor areas are for guidance; verify all measurements independently.
• Any market value or yield figure is an opinion, not a guarantee, and is not a formal valuation unless issued as one in writing.
• Commission, mandate type and duration are agreed in writing before any mandate begins.

We are registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority and hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate. Our registration number appears above.

Using this website

You may not use this website to break the law, to send unsolicited commercial messages, to attempt unauthorised access, or to copy our content for commercial use without permission.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photographs, graphics and layout — belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by the Copyright Act 98 of 1978. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written consent.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability under section 61 of the CPA.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
